No Website At All, Until Now
Sagebrook Homes had been building custom homes around Canyon and Amarillo on referral and word of mouth. That works right up to the moment someone searches for a builder and finds nothing. A first website is a different job from a rebuild. There is no traffic to protect and no old structure to argue with, but there is also nothing to start from, so every page has to earn its place.
Built Around the Houses
The site leads with the work. Floorplans and finished interiors carry the selling, because a custom builder is judged on what they have already completed. Remodeling sits alongside the new builds rather than buried underneath them, since the business grew out of cabinetry and remodeling and still takes that work today. The ten-year structural warranty and the husband-and-wife story sit where a first-time buyer is deciding whether to pick up the phone.
Room to Grow With the Build Schedule
Sagebrook owns the site outright. Communities, floorplans and available homes can be added as they are built, without a template ceiling or a monthly platform fee standing in the way. The site is set up to serve Canyon and Amarillo now, with the rest of the Panhandle and Eastern New Mexico already accounted for in how it is organised.
