Built to Turn a Fall Shootout Into Help for Kids

A Texas Panhandle nonprofit run by oilfield pros had an old, neglected site with broken pieces and no clear way to sign up for its one big fundraiser. We rebuilt it from the ground up, wrote every page fresh, and put the Fall Shootout registration front and center.

The old site was in the way

The Panhandle Oilmen's Foundation does one thing and does it well. Every year its members run the Fall Shootout, raise money, and hand every dollar to kids and families across the Texas Panhandle.

The website had stopped keeping up. It had been neglected for years, with links and features that no longer worked, and it made the one task that mattered most, signing up for the Shootout, harder than it needed to be.

Rebuilt from the ground up, built to register

We didn't patch it. We started fresh, with a new design, a new structure, and copy written from scratch to sound like the people behind it: local and plainspoken.

The Fall Shootout funds everything, so the new site is built around it. The event details, the causes each dollar supports, and a registration form that actually works are a click away from anywhere on the site. Sign up, and the money goes straight to groups like Snack-Pak 4 Kids and the High Plains Food Bank.

The free audit shows what your current site earns you, where you rank, and what AI engines say about you, then what a rebuild or a search program would change. Free, and the findings are yours either way.
