Graphic Design

Seen in 13 Milliseconds.
Remembered for Years.
Consistent Everywhere.

The brain can process an image in 13 milliseconds. That's how long your flyer, your sign, and your social post get to make their case. Design decides what happens in that instant, and whether piece nine still looks like piece one.

The Problem

Your Brand Is Being Designed Right Now. By Whoever's Handy.

Here's how it goes without a system: the business card came from the print shop's template. The Facebook graphic came from Canva at 11 p.m. The truck lettering came from the sign guy's catalog. The menu of fonts grows, the shade of blue drifts, and a year later your business has five looks, none chosen, all official.

Customers can't articulate what's wrong; they just register it. Inconsistency reads as improvisation, and improvisation reads as risk. Meanwhile the competitor whose every piece matches looks established, whether they are or not.

Design isn't decoration. It's the difference between looking like a business and looking like a series of decisions nobody made.

The AI Question, Answered Straight

"Can't I Just Generate This Now?"

Fair question, and here's the honest answer: for a one-off image, sometimes yes. AI generators and template tools are genuinely useful, and we use design technology daily ourselves. What they don't do is the actual job.

A generator makes you an image; it doesn't know your brand's palette, can't keep this week's post consistent with last month's brochure, doesn't produce a vector file your sign shop can cut, and can't tell you the idea is wrong before it's printed on 500 shirts.

Design is the system and the judgment. Tools are just tools, in anyone's hands.

The businesses drowning in cheap images have made distinctive, consistent design worth more, not less, because standing out got harder when everyone's feed filled with the same generated look.

What a generator does

  • Makes you an image
  • Guesses at a palette
  • Outputs pixels
  • Has no opinion

What the job actually is

  • Knows your brand's palette
  • Keeps this week's post consistent with last month's brochure
  • Produces a vector file your sign shop can cut
  • Tells you the idea is wrong before it's printed on 500 shirts
What's Included

The Card, the Sign, the Wrap, All One Brand.

01 — PRINT

Print Design & Collateral

Print design is graphic design for physical media, and it's half our working day: cards, flyers, brochures, menus, and publications, designed on your brand system and delivered press-ready, with the bleeds, resolution, and color profiles printers actually need. No "it looked different on my screen."

02 — SIGNAGE

Signage, Vehicles & Environment

The big formats: storefront signage, vehicle wraps, banners, and trade show displays. Large-format design is its own craft, what works on a phone screen fails at highway speed, and we design for the distance it'll be read from.

03 — PACKAGING

Packaging & Product

Everything a brand gets stamped on: product packaging, labels, and branded merchandise designed to survive the shelf, the shipping box, and the giveaway table.

04 — DIGITAL

Digital & Web Graphics

The screen layer: graphics for your website, ad creative, email headers, and the social templates our Social Media Design work systematizes. Same brand at every pixel size.

05 — PRODUCTION-READY

Production-Ready Files

The unglamorous part that saves you money forever: every design delivered in the formats it will ever need. Vector source files, print-ready PDFs, web-optimized exports, all owned by you. The $50-logo crowd learns about this card the day the sign shop asks for an EPS.

Every Industry, Kept Consistent.

The range is on display in our portfolio: identity work carried across healthcare, food, retail, and the trades, each with its own system holding steady across web, print, and signage. The discipline you can inspect right now is this site itself, where the palette, type, and voice on this page match the invoice we'd send you, because the brand holds only if the files do.

And in the AI era, consistency has a second payoff the pillar page covers in full: machines counting your brand across the web reward the business that always looks and reads like itself.

Process

Every Project Gets the Same Spine.

Design projects run the house sequence, Audit, Strategy, Build, Report, Compound, scaled to the job. For a single piece: we audit what exists, agree the concept before pixels move, design with a defined revision round, and deliver every format. For ongoing design support, it becomes a rhythm: your brand system does the remembering, so piece fifty ships as fast as piece five and matches it exactly.

Common Questions

Questions, Answered.

What does a graphic designer actually do that AI tools don't?

Tools generate images; designers make decisions. A designer holds your whole brand in mind, chooses what should exist and why, keeps every piece consistent with every other piece, and delivers files that work where they're going, on press, on vinyl, on screens. The image is maybe 20% of the job. The judgment and the system are the rest.

What file formats will I receive, and why does it matter?

Everything the design will ever need: vector source files (the infinitely scalable originals), print-ready PDFs with proper bleeds and CMYK color, and web-optimized versions. It matters because a JPEG can't be cut into a sign, blown up onto a banner, or embroidered onto a shirt. Wrong files are how cheap design gets expensive.

Do you offer print design, or just digital graphic design?

Both, because they're one discipline with two destinations. Print design is graphic design bound for physical media: business cards, brochures, packaging, storefront signs, vehicle wraps, banners, and trade show displays. We design for the medium, a wrap is read at 60 mph, a card at arm's length, and we deliver true print-ready files and can work directly with your printer or sign shop. The digital side, web graphics, ads, and social, comes from the same brand system, so your printed piece and your feed match.

How does a design project work, start to finish?

Concept first: we agree on the idea and direction before design starts, so revisions refine rather than restart. You get a defined revision round, then final delivery in every format. For ongoing needs, most clients move to design support on a rhythm, where the established brand system makes each new piece faster than the last.

How much does graphic design cost?

Single pieces are quoted per project based on format and complexity; ongoing design support runs as part of our programs. Tell us what you need made and you'll get a number, not a maze.

Can you work with the logo and brand I already have?

Yes. If your existing identity works, we design inside it and tighten the consistency. If it's fighting you, wrong formats, no defined colors, pieces that can't match, we'll show you exactly where, and the Branding & Design page covers what fixing the foundation involves.
